Because our greenhouse is all one area and it has a lava floor, the conditions are ideal to prune cuttings mechanically.
We have an Eazy Cut pruning machine mounted on a frame at our disposal. The pruning machine prunes the cuttings uniformly and at the same time it collects the pruning waste. This reduces the chance of fungal diseases developing. We prune regularly and this creates naturally vigorous cuttings which are uniformly branched.
