All our deliveries are subject to the HBN Standard Terms and Conditions as drawn up by the Dutch Council for tree nurseries, the Raad voor de Boomkwekerij.

We explicitly draw your attention to Section 18.1:
“Complaints about plants that do not satisfy the agreed conditions or which have visible defects must be submitted in writing within 4 working days of the delivery. The date of the postmark, fax or e-mail determines the date submitted.”
We do not accept any complaints whatsoever regarding deliveries of Pachysandra cuttings. For a number of years there has been a persistent fungal disease affecting this species. Prevention and combatting these fungi is possible, but is difficult and is different at each customer's premises. Therefore, JAC Cuttings can never guarantee that no fungal disease will manifest itself. Naturally we would like to share our experiences with our customers.
In addition to the above, we will always do our best to deliver the products ordered. However, due to external circumstances and weather conditions we may not be able to deliver or we may only be able to supply fewer plants than ordered. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible.
